These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CourseDash (the "Service"). By using CourseDash, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

CourseDash provides tools to help students organize academic information, including courses, assignments, grades, schedules, and uploaded academic documents.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CourseDash.

By using the Service, you grant CourseDash permission to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation or security

Academic Disclaimer

CourseDash assists with organization and tracking but does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data, grade calculations, or academic outcomes. You are responsible for verifying deadlines, grades, and requirements with your institution or instructors.

Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your CourseDash account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

When an account is deleted:

• All personal data and user content are permanently removed
• Uploaded documents and extracted academic data are deleted
• The account cannot be restored or reactivated

Account deletion is final and irreversible. CourseDash cannot recover data once deletion is completed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability. While we strive for reliability, the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourseDash is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
